Description

By adjusting the melt index and flow temperature, ePLA-SS ensures smooth flow in its molten state and faster cooling during printing and molding. This results in high-speed printing with smooth flow and quick cooling without deformation. Compared to standard materials, ePLA-SS offers faster printing speeds, superior surface quality, and enhanced detail performance. Its optimized formulation reduces the need for high cooling power from the printer, ensuring excellent printability. Ideal for early conceptual models and rapid prototyping, ePLA-SS delivers outstanding adaptability and performance.

This is a great material for use with Bambu lab printers, making full use of their increased speed abilities.

Recommended Print Settings:

Extruder Temperature – 210 – 230℃
Build Platform Temperature – 45-60°C
Fan Speed – 100%
Printing Speed – 40 – 300mm/s

How to Store:

1. If you are going to leave your printer inactive for more than a couple of days, please retract the filament to protect your printer nozzle.

2. In order to extend the life of your filament, please place the unsealing filament back to the original vacuum bag and stock it in a cool and dry place.

3. When storing your filament, please feed the loose end through the holes on the edge of the filament reel to avoid winding, so that it feeds properly the next time you are ready to print.
